# Send Message Via Teams User

Send a message on Microsoft Teams by choosing the sending method: to user emails, to a chat, or to a channel.

The sender of the message would be the authenticated user.

**Please note that this action is supported only for the delegated (OAuth) method**.

## Basic Parameters

  | Channel ID | The ID of the channel to send the message in.<br /><br />Can be obtained by using the `List Channels` action. |
  | Chat ID | The ID of the chat to send the message in.<br />Can be obtained by using the `List Chats` action.<br /><br />`Note`: The dynamic dropdown is supported only for **OAuth** (delegated) connections. |
  | Message | The message to be sent. |
  | Send To | Choose the message's destination. |
  | Subject | The subject of the message. |
  | Team ID | The ID of the team.<br /><br />Can be obtained by using the `List All Teams` action. |
  | User Emails | List of users to send the message to in a group chat. |

## Advanced Parameters

  | Attachments | A comma-separated list of attachment URLs to add to the message.<br /><br />**Note:** Only URLs pointing to files uploaded via SharePoint are allowed. Use the SharePoint `Upload File` action to upload a file. |
  | Images | A comma-separated list of image file identifiers to include in the message.<br /><br />**Note:** Only `PNG` and `JPEG` file types are supported. |
