# Create Webhook Subscription

Create a subscription that listens for a specific event and triggers a workflow when it occurs.

## Parameters

  | Parameter   | Description                                                                                                                                                                                           |
  | ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Description | Add a description of the webhook.                                                                                                                                                                     |
  | Event       | The event to listen to, for example `worklog.created`. For more information regarding the supported events, please refer to [Tempo Supported Events](https://apidocs.tempo.io/#tag/Supported-events). |
  | Name        | Add a name to the webhook.                                                                                                                                                                            |
  | URL         | The URL to send the data to. Obtain this value by creating a Tempo webhook and copying the `Webhook Full URL`.                                                                                        |
