Create Network Group Object

Creates a new network object group.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Members	A comma-separated list of object names or UIDs to include in the group.
Name	The name of the network group. This must be unique within the domain.
Tags	A comma-separated list of tags to assign to the group.
