Add Risk

Adds a new risk to an organization. User must have the risk.update scope.

Basic Parameters

Parameter	Description
Description	The description of the risk.
Owner ID	The unique identifier of the owner of this risk.
Risk Identifier	The identifier of the risk.
Risk Name	The name of the risk.
Risk Register ID	The unique identifier of a risk register for the risk.

Advanced Parameters

Parameter	Description
Category	The category of the risk.
Impact Level	The impact level of the risk.
Impact Rational	The rational behind the impact of the risk.
Likelihood Level	The likelihood level of the risk.
Likelihood Rationale	The rationale behind the likelihood of the risk.
Response	The response to the risk.
Tolerance Level	The tolerance level of the risk.
