Add users to a channel.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Channel ID	The ID of the channel.
Post Root ID	The ID of the root post where the link to add the channel member originates.
User IDs	A comma-separated list of IDs of users to add to the channel. Accepts 1–1000 items.
