Update an existing case in the system.

Note: Users can only update one case at a time.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Case ID	The ID of the case to update.
Progress Status	The status of the case to update.
Resolve Comment	A comment providing additional context or details about the case.
Resolve Reason	The reason for resolving the case.
